Jack Bunce – Director
Mr. Bunce is a Founder and Managing Director of Greyhawk Capital Management, the majority interest holder of Alturas Energy. He also serves as a Senior Advisor to Hellman & Friedman, LLC ("H&F"), a private equity firm based in San Francisco. Prior to founding Greyhawk in 2006, Mr. Bunce was a Managing Director of H&F. Mr. Bunce began his work at H&F in 1988 and was responsible for investments with a cost of approximately $1.3 billion and a realized value in excess of $4.5 billion. He has been a director of numerous private and public companies and currently serves as a director of Arch Capital Group, Ltd., NIC, Inc., and several Greyhawk portfolio companies. Mr. Bunce holds an A.B. degree in International Relations from Stanford University (1980) and an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School (1984).

Will Hovey – Director
Mr. Hovey is a Founder and Managing Director of Greyhawk Capital Management, the majority interest holder of Alturas Energy. Prior to founding Greyhawk in 2006, Mr. Hovey was an equity research analyst in the New York and London offices of Credit Suisse from 1995-2001. While at Credit Suisse, he covered major energy companies. He currently serves as a director of several of Greyhawk's portfolio companies. Mr. Hovey received a BA in American Civilization from Middlebury College in 1991.

John Campbell – Director, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Campbell oversees and manages all Alturas Energy company operations. Special attention is devoted to shaping the asset portfolio in a manner most likely to achieve the company goal of cash flow development. Prior to joining Alturas, Mr. Campbell owned various communications and wind tower companies in both the Caribbean and in Idaho, as well as various real estate developments. Mr. Campbell graduated from Williams College in 1984. | → email

Kurt Funkhouser – Director of Operations
Mr. Funkhouser is responsible for overseeing and managing all field operations and assets. His responsibilities include monitoring drilling of new wells, monitoring well production, managing and overseeing well workovers, and assessing the physical characteristics of potential acquisitions. Prior to joining Alturas, Mr. Funkhouser owned and operated the Idaho Tower Construction Company. Mr. Funkhouser studied geology at the University of New Mexico, and graduated with a degree from Webster University in Leiden, Netherlands in 1994. | → email

Kelly Kipling – Controller
Ms. Kipling is responsible for accounting, bookkeeping, financial monitoring, and administrative organization of company assets. Ms. Kipling attended the University of California – Irvine. | → email
